Mold & Moisture Inspection - FREE

• Moisture content readings of suspect materials
• Environmental Readings (Temperature & Humidity)
• Airborne Particle Analysis, using Lighthouse 3016 Laser Particle Counter
• Mildly-invasive boroscope inspections when necessary
• Assessment of ventilation and building performance concerns
• If necessary, written scope of work furnished as a proposal with a contract price.

Mold & Moisture Assessment - $185.00 + sampling

Our Mold and Moisture Assessment Service is a more detailed inspection utilizing the latest in indoor air quality monitoring equipment to provide clients with detailed information about their indoor environment.  The AirSciences Assessment Service includes:

• Visual inspection
• Moisture content readings of suspect materials
• Environmental Readings (Temperature & Humidity)
• Airborne Particle Analysis, using Lighthouse 3016 Laser Particle Counter
• Mildly-invasive boroscope inspections when necessary
• Surface mold sampling (1 location; swab or tape lift)
• Assessment of ventilation and building performance concerns
• Written report of findings
• If necessary, written scope of work furnished as a proposal with a contract price.
• Air Sampling available for additional charge.
