    Thank you again for all of your help. Daryl and Paul were very professional and thorough. When the home inspector found mold in our attic, we thought we were sunk. You made us, and more importantly our buyers, very comfortable with the process. You guys are fantastic.

    Spoke with Daryl about potential mold in our basement. He sounded very knowledgeable and offered to come by the next morning to do a free inspection. He didn't find any mold, except for just a bit on our basement doors, which he recommended we replace. Otherwise, he said our basement was in good shape and didn't recommend doing any sort of mold remediation. I really appreciated his honest assessment, his friendliness and his taking the time to come down and give us a prompt and accurate assessment. I would highly recommend him and trust his recommendations.
